NSO-CNA International Office

NSO-CNA Leadership Academy specializes in school leadership and educational management, offering programmes that strengthen both individual and organizational development.

In the Netherlands, we provide the NVAO-accredited Master of Educational Leadership (MEL) for school leaders, alongside a wide range of middle management and tailor-made trainings.

For more than 35 years, our work has included international cooperation and capacity building with international partners such as Ministries of Education, universities, school boards, and Education Management Development Organizations (EMDOs).

We are an active partner in European policy and practitioner networks, contributing to the professional development of teachers and school leaders. In addition, we coordinate international Communities of Practice and professional exchanges on school leadership.
